Dao Equaling the Heavens

Buddha emerged from chaos, rooted in the desires of all beings, past Buddhas preached the dharma to the masses.

All phenomena are impermanent, they arise and disperse, what has arisen is quashed, and this quiescence is bliss.

The earliest Buddha was formless and featureless, possessing only an image in the mind.

The Dharma Wheel shatters troubles, rolling ceaselessly, fulfilled without flaw. The swastika, a symbol of auspiciousness and fortune, the lotus, a symbol of enlightenment, and the Bodhi Tree all represent profound enlightenment and the attainment of fulfillment.

Precious parasols, golden fish, treasure vases, halos, lions, tigers, elephants, snakes...

They encompass thousands, encompassing all things.

At that time, the monks of heaven and earth made no distinctions, not between humans and demons, even a weed on the ground could comprehend the Buddhist way.

Later, since the first Buddha, Zhan Tan Buddha, understood the Buddha Fruit, he called together Buddha Practitioners from everywhere to recite scriptures together for eight hundred years. The Great Way shone upon heaven and earth, and from then on, Buddha had a form.

And those Saints who chanted the scriptures, without exception, all attained their Position, and sat in their rightful Position.

Among these people, some became Buddhas, some became Bodhisattvas, some passed into obscurity, some live to this day. But from then on, not all beings could practice Buddhism; Buddha became enshrined in Golden Bodies.
