Chapter 42: Back on the Road
The rest of the night passed after Liora finished telling me the story of Helfri but it was going to be an interesting journey. Isabel sounds like she'll be quite the problem to deal with if we happen to catch her attention.
I didn't know they had such coverage over the continents of the world but I guess it's not too surprising to think about. This probably isn't too uncommon in a world like ours.
"Helfri, I didn't expect to go there in my lifetime but it's not the worst." Shimada speaks up before letting out a chuckle.
He really does know how to break the tension with these types of situations so I can't complain about how he's taking it. I've been thinking about it quite a bit since we caught everyone else up on it.
"We got ourselves a strong party so I think we'll be okay." Amelia chimes in with a confident tone in her voice.
With that they continue back on the road, following behind Liora as she leads the way to Helfri. It was quite far from Bristiel so it would take at least a good week of traveling before they even got close to Helfri.
The party mostly talked about the potential dangers that await them in Helfri as they traveled for the first day or two.
I'm still not use to having so many people by my side, especially not in a place like this. I've come to learn a lot about this world in such a short period of time, not everything is terrible.
I have something that makes me special in a world like this which is more than I ever had in my last life. I probably wouldn't have gone anywhere exciting there like I do now, so I don't think I'm missing anything.
