Chapter 12: The Woman Appears Once Again
Artemis fell asleep while thinking about what he was going to choose, but once again he found himself in the same landscape as last time. A beautiful field of flowers with a single table ahead of him, the woman from before was sitting there drinking tea.
Why did I have a feeling that I'd be brought here once again, especially after considering what I might do or what I might be choosing. This woman's timing is definitely something, that's for sure.
I can't say that it's bad or anything though since she might be able to help me with this whole thing. I could get some insight on if the power I desire is a good choice or not.
Her gaze was already aimed at him as she took another sip of her tea. "Take a seat Yori. We do have things to talk about." She says with a slight smile on her face.
I didn't see a reason to deny taking a seat with her at the table but I was definitely pretty confused. Last time I was here she had said that we wouldn't meet again for quite some time.
It's only been a week or two since I've last seen her so maybe this is a good sign for me to be here. Or maybe it was longer, I can't quite remember the whole thing.
As he takes a seat he begins to observe the woman's expressions. "I didn't think I'd be seeing you so soon again." Yori speaks with a bit of a surprised tone in his voice.
(Author here, Any time he is in the dreams with the woman he will be referred to as Yori. As that's how he is seen by her and it's how she found him.)
"You're making a decision on your magic and even a potential power so of course I'd bring you here." She responds with excitement in her voice.
