It roared, the sound reverberating through the arena, its six arms flexing, tendrils and blades gleaming with malicious intent.
Kota spun just in time, raising his shield as a tentacle lashed out like a whip of fire.
The impact tore him from his footing, sending him crashing into the wall with a grunt, the air forced from his lungs.
His armor cracked, his sword dimmed, the glowing sigil on his sternum flickering as the failure drained his power.
"Kota!" Miki screamed, her voice breaking, her body still trembling from her climax as she scrambled to her knees.
Reina growled, her hand slick with Miki’s release, her violet eyes blazing with frustration.
Aika staggered upright, her bare skin glistening, her breath heavy as she fought her own failure.
"Again!" she snapped, her voice fierce. "We do it again!"
Kota rolled to his knees, coughing blood onto the stone, his sword still clutched in his hand. He gritted his teeth, his dark eyes burning with defiance.
He wasn’t done yet.
The boss loomed, a towering monstrosity of molten-red muscle and malice, its obsidian veins pulsing with dark energy.
