Chapter 32 - 30 Years
The next day, Logan was woken up by the sun shining on his face.
"Ugh," Logan mumbled, scratching his head as he sat up.
Looking around in confusion, Logan tried to remember what had happened last night.
"I drank a little too much," Logan said, realizing he was now in his bed.
Despite drinking a lot, he didn't feel hungover or anything. He just couldn't fully remember the previous night.
"My high body temperature must've flushed all of it out of my system," Logan muttered, sitting up.
Logan looked outside, enjoying the peaceful sight of the infrastructure and the countless people walking through the streets.
'There's a little less than two weeks left,' Logan thought, glancing at the date. 'Then it's time for the university assessment.'
By now, he'd heard more about the university and the many competitions going on inside from Silas and Edric. Both of them had shared their experiences, raising his expectations by a lot.
After a few minutes had passed with Logan staring out the window, he stood up.
"I should start signing some documents," he mumbled, turning on his watch.
