Chapter 10: Dream
After cultivating for another two hours, Logan looked at the time and decided to wash up and get some rest.
'Tomorrow will be the starting point of something massive,' he thought. 'I have to make sure I'm at my best so everything works out exactly the way I want it to.'
Although he lacked experience in managing the businesses within the company, it was common sense for Logan to get rid of the leeches first.
'After that I can start looking into actual improvements and expansions that I want to fund. There's no use doing that now if the leeches suck the profits out.'
Lying down in his luxurious bed, exhaustion immediately washed over him. Falling asleep within seconds, Logan started dreaming.
In his dream, Logan stood on unfamiliar grass, surrounded by countless massive trees that looked full of life.
"Where am I?" Logan muttered, looking around in confusion.
Unsure of where to go, he began wandering through the massive forest.
'This place is incredible,' Logan thought as he pushed aside a thick branch.
Eventually, he found a break in the trees and looked up. The sky above was black, filled with countless stars.
What truly stopped him were the nine massive, sun-like stars in the distance.
