'Could Frondier block the 'One Flash'?'
Frondier needed several steps to unleash his maximum output. Elodie knew this because she had seen it firsthand.
Swallowing the Dragon Heart, activating Menosorpo, creating weapons in both hands with Obsidian, and emitting aura.
On the other hand, Aster's 'One Flash' only required him to take a middle stance.
