Chapter 1024: Exchange
Han Yao's intentions could be summarized in one sentence: the Five Punishments Guard would temporarily assist Meng Zhang with their full efforts, allowing him to go to the Netherworld and disrupt Ouyang Jian's plans.
In reality, even if Ouyang Jian had no other schemes and just wanted Ouyang Huajin's Primordial Spirit to safely enter the Netherworld and smoothly tread the path of the Ghost Deity, it was worth Han Yao investing resources to help Meng Zhang.
Han Yao's hatred for Ouyang Jian extended to his disciples and descendants.
After this conversation, the entire force of the Five Punishments Guard in the capital city began to mobilize, providing assistance for Meng Zhang.
With the valuable information obtained from Han Yao, Meng Zhang had some ideas.
Next, he used the intelligence network of the Five Punishments Guard in the capital city to gather important information.
Then, he once again visited True Monarch Lu Tianshu.
Although busy preparing to enter the Netherworld, Lu Tianshu still made time to meet with Meng Zhang.
After they met, Meng Zhang quickly got to the point.
