Chapter 12: Glitched System
As Evelyn left the room, Dapper jerked upright. His body trembled slightly, dread crawling up his spine. He had no idea what was going to happen next, but one thing was certain, he didn’t want to spend another second in that infirmary.
He quickly stuffed his dick back into his pants, which now had a huge, gaping hole, along with his equally ruined underwear.
’What if she calls security on me because of that freaky transformation? This is insane!’ Dapper panicked as he shoved on his shoes, grabbed his backpack, and sprinted out of the infirmary like a fugitive.
He spotted an empty hallway marked with an *EXIT* sign and power-walked through it. Taking a sharp right turn, he bumped into a masked security officer, but oddly, the man didn’t even glance his way. Without slowing down, Dapper followed the exit signs until he finally burst out of the Awakening Tower and found himself standing in the open compound.

Dapper walked along the sidewalk of the main road, one strap of his backpack slung over his shoulder. When he exited the Awakening Tower’s territory, Fred was nowhere in sight, even though he promised to wait for him. With no choice, Dapper headed toward the nearest bus stop.
’I seriously need a phone like Yavo and Lice said. My predecessor was such a loser. And more importantly... what the hell just happened back there?’ he thought, pausing at the stop. He took a breath and decided to check his system.
Gripping his SIA, he muttered, "My stats."
