Chapter 13: Back To The Way.
The guard drops to the floor with his hand around his neck trying so desperately not to die, but of course, it was all futile.
I turn to the gate.
"I’m coming Ximen Lao." I say as I raise up a covering around my nose down, to not reveal my identity.
I open the gate and step in.
By this time, the Late Peak and Early Peak martial artists would have most likely noticed something was up.
Since they would no longer be sensing the life vitals of the two guards outside.
So of course when I step in, closing the gate behind me, I am greeted by the two Early Peaks from my sides trying to kill me.
I quickly dash forward dodging their spears.
Turning to face them, the Late Peak comes from behind me to slice my neck with a sword.
I quickly try to dodge, I manage to not die but he was so fast I received a little cut by my neck.
"Who are you, and what are you doing in the Second young Master’s courtyard?" The guard at the Late Peak realm asks me.
