Chapter 304: Clearing the Field
Master Kasper turned briefly, his eyes narrowing in approval at Apollo’s timely intervention. "Good! Hold that position, Apollo. I’ll deal with the rest!"
Apollo nodded, but the attackers were relentless. He gritted his teeth, expanding the protective barrier while simultaneously hurling bursts of green energy toward their enemies.
Zane’s presence amplified his strength, guiding his movements as he took down several dark magic wielders who dared to approach.
Inside the barrier, Asura steadied herself. "I can fight, Apollo. I just need a moment to recover."
Asura grunted and muttered, "This should be the happiest day of my life... I just found out I’m pregnant this morning. No wonder I’ve been feeling weak and nauseous lately, like right now. I can’t even mount Snow without feeling like I’m going to vomit..."
Apollo chuckled, though his eyes betrayed his determination. "And this should’ve been my honeymoon too. Damn, Devon and his followers! Today, we’ll end them all and make sure none of them remain!"
Apollo glanced back at Asura, her strength slowly returning. "Ready to move?" he asked, his voice steady but urgent.
"Yes," she replied, her tone resolute. "Let’s end this."
High above the battlefield, the air was alive with the deafening roars of dragons and the crackling energy of unleashed magic. Two dark dragons, their scales pulsing with black veins of corrupted power, faced off against three majestic beasts. Jade, Luis’s emerald-scaled dragon, flanked Aurum, the brilliant gold dragon carrying Cora, while Snow, the sleek white dragon, danced through the chaos with icy precision.
