Chapter 213: She Liked It*
Ezekiel’s body stiffened when he heard Katelina call his name lovingly, just as she used to. He backed away slightly to stare into her eyes. He was smiling and brimming with joy just from hearing her call his name so passionately.
Her face reddened as she gasped, "What’s wrong?"
He leaned in and kissed her lips, murmuring, "Nothing, it just felt good hearing you call me like you used to."
He kissed her hungrily this time, letting her feel how much he had been longing for her. He was supposed to be her sleeping potion for the night, but he couldn’t control the urge to connect with her more intimately. He was dying to have all of her.
She tasted so sweet and addicting. Her naked body was so soft against his, and all he wanted to do was mark her all over as his. He trailed needy kisses along her jawline, down to her collarbone. He licked and suckled on the spot between her shoulder and neck where he wanted to engrave his mark.
According to Khal, he would be able to feel her emotions once he marked her. His flame bond with her would be like the flame bond between twin-flame dragons, giving them a deeper connection. There was also a possibility that his mark would awaken the dragonrider blood in Katelina.
"My dragon, Khal, said there’s a high possibility that your dragon rider blood will be awakened once I complete the flame bond with you," Ezekiel informed her.
"Are you saying that to convince me? Are you planning to mark me now?" Katelina hummed in her raspy voice.
Ezekiel chuckled. "Yes, I mentioned it to coax you as well. I would love to mark you now and form the flame bond. That way, I could protect you more effectively with our strong connection."
His hot lips traveled back and forth between her earlobes, neck, and clavicle while his firm fingers slowly caressed her tender skin. Ezekiel clamped his teeth on her neck and suckled hard. He moved like a starved wolf who couldn’t wait to devour his first prey in ages.
"Can I do that now?" he asked as his lips trailed down her chest. His hand caressed one of her breasts while he kissed the other.
Katelina felt her mind turning to mush at the sensation of his hot tongue flicking the tip, swirling around it, and grazing her with great expertise. He suckled like a newborn babe, making her gasp as a familiar heat pooled in her stomach.
