Chapter 366: Their Naughty Baby
With the baby starting to take much of their attention, Nathan asked his Aunt Sanya, Aspen’s mother, to assist Raine with their baby while the latter was recovering for the first month after childbirth. But as soon as Raine had fully recovered, she quickly became a very hands-on mother to Aire.
Of course, being a first-time mother was far from an easy task. Still, she took it very seriously and even studied up on the subject just to make sure she was doing it properly.
Raine was currently nursing Aire that night when Nathan arrived home from work. He had come home late due to some hiccups that their group was experiencing, and Nathan looked surprised to see that she was still awake.
"You’re still up?" Nathan murmured in surprise as he walked towards her, giving her a loving kiss before then kissing Aire who was still feeding on her. "How could you tempt me like this..."
Raine simply chuckled as her dear husband stared at at their daughter. Aire was eagerly latching onto one of her nipples, and it would seem that he was getting a few ideas just looking at her.
"Stop ogling!" Raine teased. "How can you even act that envious of your own daughter?"
"Can you blame me?" Nathan chuckled. "I can’t wait to latch my mouth onto you too..."
Raine blushed as she felt feel the burning desire for her coming off of her husband.
"Then again, I guess I have to give way for my little Princess to grow healthy and strong," Nathan grinned as he started removing his shirt. "She’s the baby here, after all."
Seeing Raine yawn, he offered, "I’ll go ahead and clean up. Let me put her to bed while you rest."
Raine sluggishly nodded. Right, she needed more rest since Aire could be a handful at times, especially during the night when she would often stay awake and cry more often than not.
