Chapter 185: Beautiful Disaster
Denise saw Ryu’s interview at the television and she called Arya on her phone who then briefed her about the plan on how to make Shawn know the reality behind the whole thing.
Denise really admired that her Big Bro Ryu was genuinely concerned about Shawn and their relationship and wanted to clear things out regarding the misunderstandings between Shawn and the Kens.
She told Arya that she would also try her best to help but Arya insisted that she must not get involved and that she should focus more on staying at Shawn’s side and must not meddle with issues regarding Kens and let big bro Ryu handle everything.
After a careful thought, Denise realized that she did not want Shawn to misunderstand her.
Arya was right, if she would open things to Shawn in favor of the Kens, Shawn might think that she was not truly in love with him but is gaining his trust to be able to help the Kens.
Maybe Shawn doesn’t lose his trust in her and listen to the whole thing with an open mind and even understand the point of view of Kens also.
But right now all these things were just assumptions and they cannot take any chance with it...
She decided to observe the situation for now and should try to balance Shawn’s personality because the last time when he talked about the Kens in front of her was when he was drunk and she could tell from what he spoke that the resentment in his heart against the Kens was too much to just fade away by some simple talks and it would need some solid grounds for Shawn to be harmonious with his family.
While she was fidgeting with all those serious thoughts about Shawn’s life, flashes of her intimate moments with Shawn interrupted her like a commercial break in her head and it made her feel bashful though she was all alone in her room.
Her thoughts drifted smoothly towards her relationship with Shawn and she couldn’t be happier than this for herself.
She would never regret her decision because Shawn was really kind at heart and she had already started getting the taste of his possessiveness towards her.
