Chapter 180: The Gift
Arya was so happy with the Opera show they watched with world class performers that she couldn’t help but kept on praising the play and the superb acting while Ryu drove the car.
It was a while on the road when she noticed that they were not headed towards the mansion so she asked Ryu, "Love, are we having dinner outside instead?"
Ryu did not answer but just winked at her and held her hand to kiss it.
He had instructed Chen to prepare a romantic candle light dinner at his apartment where he would bring Arya after the opera show.
He had never indulged her like this before so he wanted to give her a romantic date with just the two of them around.
He wanted to give her a congratulatory gift with the candle light dinner filled with romance and exuding his style.
Arya was surprised when they went to Ryu’s apartment instead, she first thought that Ryu just wanted to get something from inside.
But then she was shocked when she entered and saw candles lighting the way on both sides with flowers on the floor.
A candle lit table was kept ready with a lavish spread of dinner arranged for the two of them... light romantic music played in the background... making Arya’s heart flutter...
