"Do you really think this would be enough? Maybe we should stop over to shop a little more. I don’t actually know what your family would like so I asked Chen to buy what he thinks is best to bring." Ryu asked as he showed Arya the gifts.
Arya’s eyes widened and with creased forehead she said, "Not enough? You almost filled the bus with the gifts? These are too much!"
There were too many gifts inside and all were expensive and branded.
"Your sister is home schooling right now so I thought to give her these gaming console and some games also some educational tutorials and other materials to help her with her studies as well. But I think these are not just enough and I should have bought some toys as well for her... Besides, this is just nothing. They’re also my family now so I want them to have the best." Ryu explained pertaining to new and latest gadgets where he noticed Arya fixed her eyes at.
’Ryu... you are going to snatch my sister away from me with all this pampering... hmmm... I hope my parents would still love me more...’
Arya sighed; it was a sigh of gratification. Its music to her ears, hearing Ryu said the words ’they’re also my family now’.
She felt so lucky that he was really an open-minded and understanding person and above all forgiving one to the extent that the family he was referring to was the one that made him suffer.
Arya can’t stop herself and hugged her husband lovingly and passionately.
"We don’t need to shop anymore, besides my family does not care about material things. I am sure they are gonna love you for what you are... an exceptional human being... like I did okay? So just relax love." Arya said softly.
She heard Ryu exhaled as he wrapped his arms on her body.
"Alright, by the way we still have a long trip. What would you like to do? Shall we watch some good movies?" Ryu asked as he gently released Arya from his embrace.
