Chapter 2: Are You A Stump
Arya had a quick shower to sober herself up since she drank earlier a little too much.
She was still hesitant to do what Rita wanted. However, Rita had already begun helping her. That only meant she was serious with her plan.
Arya exhaled loudly.
She would have needed lots of time for everything, to find a proper job and earn money. She was not even sure if she could earn enough as a beginner. But with Rita’s help, almost everything had been settled. Money indeed made the world go round, and that was the ugly reality.
At first, she tried to take a loan from a bank, but she had been rejected as she was jobless.
She struggled hard on the last weeks at school, just to graduate. She had tried to borrow from a loan shark, but those people looked at her with lust, implicating that they needed something ambiguous in return.
While brushing her teeth, she looked at her reflection in the mirror. She came from a good family. She had the beauty and the brains. She knew she was gorgeous and blessed with a great body. However, there were so many like her nowadays.
But Kay insisted that she was the perfect one for this task because she had a weak point right now. She couldn’t turn their offer down.
She knew Kay for almost a year now. He was well known in the entertainment industry, as he managed all the big shots and he preferred having relationships with men to women.
