Normally, missions to eliminate patrol squads can be received from NPC soldier captains.
These are relatively low-difficulty missions. Apart from the basic rewards, each mission can increase the corresponding empire's hatred by roughly 5% to 10%.
With about a dozen missions, one can max out the hatred value to 100%. At that point, a player can deal an additional 100% final damage to soldiers and monsters of the corresponding empire.
Siege missions, however, must be received from the city lord.
