In the otherworld, when a player launches a hostile attack on another white-named player, they become gray-named for 10 minutes. After that, their name reverts to white.
For every malicious kill of a white-named player, 100 crime points are added, turning the player's name red.
Gray-named and red-named players face severe penalties in the otherworld. Upon death, they are guaranteed to drop equipment or items, and even if they have a resurrection scroll, they will suffer additional level penalties.
For every 100 crime points, the player loses 1 level. If crime points are less than 100, a percentage of experience is deducted from the current level.
Moreover, gray-named and red-named players are forbidden from entering safe zones or leaving the otherworld until their status clears.

Players can reduce their crime points by killing monsters. Each monster that is not lower than the player's level reduces crime points by 1.
