Meanwhile, someone else’s entire world had fallen into complete chaos.
It was Annie. To be more precise... she was currently staring at someone whose face looked almost identical to hers.
That woman was Gwen. Felix had deliberately arranged this meeting.
He wanted Annie to understand something.
Although she resembled Gwen physically... the two women were completely different people.
For several long seconds, neither of them spoke. Annie finally broke the silence.
She slowly raised a finger toward Gwen. "You..."
Her voice carried obvious uncertainty. "Could you possibly be my biological sister?"
Felix quietly nodded.
Before anyone else could speak, Gwen folded her arms across her chest.
"I don’t believe she’s my sister."
Annie immediately nodded. "I think the same."
