The moment Silas learned everything, his expression turned incredibly ugly.

Three weeks later, Ivy finally opened her eyes.
The moment her blurry vision cleared slightly, the first thing she saw was Silas’s exhausted face directly in front of her.
She froze instantly.
Then, almost desperately, she raised her trembling hands and held his face tightly.
However, the moment she tried sitting up, an intense weakness overwhelmed her body. It felt as though every bone inside her was on the verge of shattering apart.
Silas quickly wrapped his arms around her and carefully pulled her against his chest.
