Chapter 590: Super Gravity Net
Flying away from the origin matter’s immediate area, I avoid the burst of [Dark Rays]. The black rays of light brush past my tail.
I gulp. Power, accuracy, and rate of fire – this broken skill has it all in spades.
However, worst of all is that contrary to how many it’s been firing off, the origin matter’s MP hasn’t decreased much. It’ll be too rash to take such a monster on.
The flow of the patterns on it changes again. I immediately begin to fly up.
A huge slash passes right below my feet. It’s the origin matter’s [Dimension Rend].
I’ve somehow managed to dodge this time, but it’s inevitable that I’ll take a direct hit if this keeps up. In addition to spamming the high-powered [Dark Rays] around, it’s using [Dimension Rend] whenever I expose an opening. It’s an incredibly unpleasant offensive to cope with.
The absolute worst is how it isn’t even specialised in long-ranged attacks, but in endurance. Not only is its HP stupidly huge, its defence is far and away among the strongest I’ve seen.
To defeat it, my only options are to either search for some method of attacking it unilaterally, or to take advantage of its relative inferiority in close combat and bulldoze it that way. Presently, it doesn’t seem like I’ll be able to find some way to attack it unilaterally. Even if I were to try pressing the attack, it still has a bunch of skills I haven’t seen, and my stats are inferior from the start, so it would be too disadvantageous for me.
