…I will protect the city of Alban from the legendary class ruin. To do that, my current MP and HP is nowhere near enough. My body was already at the limit from the successive battles with the shoggoth ooze Rogueheil, and the chaos ooze Demon Lord. On top of that, I even had a short battle with Lilixira. I’m struggling to even move my body at the moment, there’s no way I could use my skills properly
I glare at the two subordinates of Lilixira, Alphiss and Balear, who have fallen to their knees. Noticing my gaze, their faces turn pale. They must think they're about to die.
I check their statuses. Alphiss has [Mana Release] and [Rest], while Balear has [Rest].
『…You two, I’m going to stop that monster. Heal me. Don’t hold back. I can see your amount of magic power.』
“I…I won’t believe the lies of a monster! You have no reason to stop that monster!”
Balear points his hand at me. He has the [Ice Sphere] magic skill. It seems he plans on attacking me with a ball of ice. Rather than giving aid to a monster, he’d rather kill himself by provoking me.
『You're saying that after you guys tricked me with your lies?』
“U…guh…”
Balear grinds his teeth and glares at me.
