<<Not only that, but because how fast they were, it was hard to hit them and even if you did hit them, they were not exactly a "glass cannons", meaning you could not easily take them down.>>

<<And one of the annoying monsters there? The boss monster.]

[Desert Maidens' Queen]

<<At the first glace she was a massive version of the desert maiden… Well, she was noticeable more beautiful while also wearing a lot of jeweler on her body.>>

<<All of her stats were way higher, especially the defense.>>

<<However, her sound magic was beyond annoying.>>

<<If it wasn't for the fact that the battle area was extremely large, we would be taking hits nonstop.>>

<<She made us fully aware why she was the final boss of that territory.>>

<<And that is why I wiped out their entire nest back then.>>

<<THEY WERE USEFUL!>>

<<The false harpies that I've created were… Prototypes that were made using shadow pigeons.>>

<<But they were not just chimeras.>>

<<I have a skill called [Monstrosity Workshop] that my finally [Chaos Researcher] made class had created me.>>

[Plague, chimera, cyborg, toys and dungeon. All sorts of researched can be made to give birth to new life.]

[Using a corpse as the base, you can create a monster that combine either special characteristics of: Plague, cyborg or toys.]

[You can also create the monster with the corpses to create a chimera which would be also fused with one of the fallowing: Plague, cyborg or toys.]

[You are also allowed to create a monster that can have characteristic of all four targeted researches: Chimera, plague, cyborg and toys.]

<<Simple put, like this final research now allows me to use a combined form that is made out of different researches and combine it with my own body.>>

<<Well, all expect the dungeon though, which I somewhat understand.>>

<<Anyway, these skill uses a dead corpses as basis, which can allow me to create special undead monster.>>

<<And obviously bad, since these undead monsters have their own weaknesses and what not.>>

<<Anyway, there is a limit how many of these special monsters I can make and how many special combinations I can make.>>

<<The limit is based on my stats, especially the [Necromancy Master] and this skill level.>>

<<Right now I can only create several 1 type specials and few 2 type special.>>

<<I still can't create monsters with 3 type special or 4 type special.>>

<<But anyway, that is a gist how this skill works.>>

<<The false harpies were the type 2, made by combining chimera and cyborg.>>

<I've used the desert maiden, shadow pigeon and added special modification to enchant the power of their voice, causing their screams to unleash devastating long range attacks that pierces the defense.>>

<<But they were prototypes that I just used to see what would be the best combination to use that queen's corpse for.>>

<<Combine it with [Cyborg] to add special modification and there you have it.>>

<<My current strongest undead in my entire arsenal.>>

"?!"

(The hell is this thing?!) – thought alarmed dragon queen as she met face to face with the massive fake harpy.

(Shit! I don't know what that thing is, but I don't like this!) – thought the alarmed queen as she stopped preparing to cast her ultimate, being wary of the new monster.

"[Gatling Hail]!" – the dragon queen backed away while manifested a large number of ice blades, before then unleashing them in the massive volume at the rapid rate at the monster.

"Aaaaa....AAAAAAAAAAA!" – but the chimera responded by unleashing her voice, which ended up firing off a sonic wave that shattered the incoming ice projectiles instantly, including also the ice projectiles that were still not fired.

"!?"

(WHAT?!) – thought panicking queen as she tried to back away.

"[Gatling Hail]." – and the moment she did, the chimera spoke… However, it wasn't its own voice. It spoke with the voice of the dragon queen, which activated the very same skill the dragon queen just used.

"?!"

"WAIT! THAT IS MINE!" – shouted the panicking queen as before she could even defend herself, a hail of ice bullets came her way and bombarded her body.

(Mage parrot.) – thought Phantasia.

(It is a parrot that is able to cast magic.)

(It isn't really a problem… But the boss variant of that monster is.)

(Archmage parrot.)

(This boss monster cannot really use anything on its own.)

(But instead it has a SINGLE ability.)

([Spell Parrot].)

(Whenever somebody uses the spell type skill and the parrot hears its activation or casting, it can instantly copy that spell type skill and unleash its copy.)

"FUCK! DO YOU REALLY THINK THAT YOU CAN BEAT ME WITH MY OWN MAGIC?! YOU CHEAP COPY CAT!" – shouted the dragon queen as she used her wings to shatter the incoming projectiles.

"I'M AN ICE DRAGON FOR CRYING OUT LOUD!"

(Still, I should be wary of this thing.) – thought the dragon queen.

(I can easily endure attacks of ice and necrotic natures, but I don't know what else that thing can do!) – thought the queen as she was still wary of the attacks from the ground reaching her, causing her to fly even higher.

(I will use-)

However, before the dragon queen could unleash another spell, a sonic scream came her way… But this time it was way faster compare to before, resulting in the queen getting hit once again.

But it wasn't just attack speed which had increased, it was also the power behind it, which ended up dealing a massive blow to the dragon queen.

(And there is the Scream Wyvern.) – thought smiling Phantasia.

(A high level monster that is also a boss.)

(This guy is extremely troublesome, to the point it was given a special nickname by the players.)

(The Sniper Wyvern.)

(This monsters is a sound type boss monster that has 2 noticeable part of them.)

(The extremely powerful ability that allows them to hear stuff from extremely far away.)

(Meaning, if you are not sneaking around, even from far away, that thing can hear you and locate you.)

(And the second ability of there is their breath attack.)

([Sonic Rifle].)

(This ability allows the wyvern to unleash long range attacks with increased power.)

(And by decreasing the AOE of this attack, it causes the attack range and the power of the attack to increase.)

(If you are not sneaky enough, it can hear you and from extremely far away it can fire its shot which can easily kill you.)

(A snipe.)

(So, what happens if you combine its super hearing ability with the Archmage Parrot and combine its sound ability with the Desert Maiden's Queen own sound ability?)

(You get a monster with extremely terrifying offensive ability.)

(And even worse, no matter how far away you are, but whenever you use ANY SPELLS! YOU GIVE HER MORE WEAPONS TO USE!)

"No matter where you run." – said Phantasia as he looked up.

"No matter where you hide."

"No matter if you defend yourself or even fight back."

"You will be hunted down."

"Now, show me what you are made out of!"

"OPERA!"

The dragon queen fought Opera in the skies… But things were not going in her favor.

The monster that she fought not only was extremely fast despise it colossal body, but it could even use its voice as a weapon to defend itself.

However, the queen didn't gave up as she continued using her ice magic and necromancy magic at the monster, not accepting the fact that the one that was overwhelming her wasn't Phantasia, but instead one of its creations.

A minion.

"FALL DOWN ALREADY!" – shouted the queen as she unleashed massive swords of ice at the monster… Which were shattered by the voice barrier that surrounded the monstrosity.

(Got you!) – however, the swords were distraction, as several skulls flew from behind and stuck the monstrosity.

The queen got ready to fire yet another attack… But the monstrosity countered by unleashing her flying skulls at the dragon queen, forcing her to defend herself.

"!?"

"WHAT?!" – shouted the queen in panic as she saw the monstrosity was still working alive and well.

(How?! It should had taken noticeable amount of damage just now! It shouldn't had been able to attack back too!) – thought panicking dragon queen as she tried firing back at her foe once again.

However, the monstrosity was faster as she once unleashed her scream… But this time in concentrated form, firing a much thinner attack from her body… But a one with far more destructive power as it when it struck the dragon's body, it didn't just landed the hit… No.

It pierced through the entire body of the queen, leaving a hole that went through her entire body.

(Huh… Interesting.) – thought Phantasia while using his special googles to see closer what was happening.

(That had way more destructive power than I've though?)

(Huh….)

(You know, I thought I was the only one who could kill her one on one.)

(But honestly?)

(I think Opera could finish off that lizard all on her own.)
