Outside the window, the morning light spilled down, and the clear, ethereal birdsong awakened a new day.
Meng Chao reached out to wipe away the tear that had rolled down Lin Qin’s eye. Seeing Lin Qin sleeping peacefully in his arms, he wanted to hold Lin Qin even tighter, but was afraid that his movements would wake him.

"Sleep. When you wake up, everything will be new." Meng Chao said softly.
