Lin Qin was utterly mortified to find out he had used his main account to post on Weibo. He didn’t dare look at the comments and hurriedly deleted the post just a minute after uploading it.
Just as he finished deleting it, Chu Hong’s call came through.
Lin Qin swallowed nervously, wanting to hang up right away. But he knew if he dared hang up, Chu Hong would be at his door in less than half an hour.
After struggling for a while, Lin Qin reluctantly answered the phone, stammering as he spoke, "Hello... c-cousin." He didn’t have any confidence at all.
Chu Hong didn’t bother with pleasantries, instantly starting with, "Lin Xiaotu!! What are you doing posting on Weibo in the middle of the night?"
She had been sleeping soundly until her assistant called to inform her about Lin Qin’s post. Drowsily, she initially thought, let him post whatever he wants; given Lin Qin’s personality, it wouldn’t be anything outrageous. But the assistant insisted she check it out, and that’s when she realized something was off.
She opened Weibo and took a glance, and sure enough!!!
By the time she tried to look at the comments, Lin Qin had already deleted the post. Yet, during this time, her phone had nearly exploded with calls from the media, and her WeChat was flooded too.
Heaven knows why these media reporters were up late at night, staring at celebrities’ Weibo accounts.
