He thought, turning his head, the morning light slipped through the curtains.

The monsters chased him till he reached back home, and he was only safe after entering inside.
'Good thing by placing the statue at the door, they can't come in.'
Akamir rolled onto his side, wincing at the sharp pain in his ribs.
'I should take rest for today.'
