Chapter 175: Moonstone
Soren hovered above him, eyes dark and focused, taking in every inch like he was trying to memorise him all over again.
"You’re staring," Riven muttered, a touch flustered, his ears twitching despite the heat rising to his cheeks.
Soren’s lips curved into a slow, knowing smile. "Of course I am," he murmured. "You’re mine to admire."
Without another word, he leaned in and pressed a kiss to Riven’s forehead.
Then another followed on the bridge of his nose, then between his brows. Soren’s hands never strayed far, cradling Riven’s face like he was the most precious thing in the world.
He continued downward, each kiss like a sacred offering. A brush of lips against Riven’s cheek. One at the corner of his mouth—just enough to make him exhale shakily. Then his chin. His throat.
"Soren..." Riven whispered, voice caught between flustered and wanting.
Soren didn’t stop. He trailed kisses lower, down the hollow of Riven’s collarbone, pausing to nuzzle the skin there before kissing the sensitive spot just under it. Riven gasped, arching slightly, he felt warmth pooling down there again.
Soren’s lips moved further—across his shoulder, then his arm. He kissed the inside of Riven’s wrist with reverence, as if each part of him needed attention, needed worship. Each part of him was perfection.
