Chapter 6: Seduction Plan
Before Riven could enjoy flustering him more, a nearby wolf-shifter barked, "Elliot! Hurry up!"
Elliot jumped like he’d been electrocuted, clutching his basket. "I-I have to go! S-Sorry again for bumping into you!"
Then, he ran.
Riven watched him go, grinning to himself.
"Well, well, well," he muttered. "Wasn’t that just adorable?"
The bunny MC had officially entered the chat. And now, so had Riven.
Riven strolled through the city, ignoring the blatant stares and whispers. People gave him looks that ranged from disdain to curiosity, but none dared to approach him.
The first few times, he wondered if it was because of his ears and tail, but no—they weren’t looking at him like he was some mysterious rare creature. They were looking at him like he was a mistake.
He held his head up high anyway.
"I survived high school bullying in my world. This is nothing."
Besides, if he let the stares get to him, what kind of shameless leech to society would he be? He was a freeloader, not a coward.
