Everyone seems to stiffened that question, and even Qin An himself wonders what went wrong in his performance that made her say those words. But before he could think anything, Pei Roujin and Lin Yu's virtual body appeared beside her.
Lin Yu has a faint complicated gaze on his eyes but still tries to smile at him. "Qin An, wow, that was an unexpected performance actually. You managed to replicate Bai Yue's infamous Ice Love with every exact movement." He chuckles. "I really thought I faced artificial intelligence as a participant today."
After that, Lin Yu didn't say anything, which made him somewhat confused by that behavior. For the past 43 participants, he will always add motivation to everyone, perfectly exuding his gentlemanly side. So far, even if the participant failed, his words always gave them comfort.
Yet now, he didn't say anything.
What went wrong? Qin An thinks his performance, albeit not perfect, at least was passable. However, Qin An actually didn't want to perform this. Although the movements are easy for him, this was not his style at all. Who would have thought that a rigid and stoic grim reaper would perform like that?
But as Lin Yu said, he perfectly replicated Bai Yue's movements without any failure. For him living for thousands of years, that was only a piece of cake. What's the point of him being a senior grim reaper if he wasn't outstanding in all aspects? Was that enough? Or was it because he didn't sing?
It's not that Qin An doesn't want to, but he was hesitant because never in his life did he sing. Dancing was okay because it feels like moving while fighting. He fought countless times already so he easily accepted it, but singing? Even if he received idols, actors or professional singers back then, he just stood there and let them sing for whatever they wanted.
Even for some grim reapers who also enjoy trying human life, he didn't bother to participate.
"It seems that you don't even know what your performance was all about." His reverie went halt when Xu Xinyi's voice resounded. Her eyes sharpen. "Qin An, are you satisfied with your performance?"
