After hearing Feng Bohai’s words, one shareholder said, "But no one knows who owns these shares."
"I have contacted the people who purchased the stock. I should be able to get an answer in a while," Feng Bohai said confidently.
While Feng Bohai was discussing with shareholders how to remove Feng Zhexuan from his position as Feng Group’s CEO, Lin Xiao received a call from his assistant.
He picked up the phone and asked, "What’s the matter?"
"President Lin, Feng Bohai’s assistant just contacted me and asked you to attend the Feng Group’s shareholders’ meeting," the assistant said.
"What is the agenda?" Lin Xiao asked.
"They said it was about the project in New York. They had evidence that Feng Zhexuan had embezzled company funds and wanted to remove him from the CEO position," the assistant explained.
Hearing this, Lin Xiao let out a chuckle and said with amusement, "I knew Feng Bohai was stupid and greedy, but I didn’t expect him to be so stupid and use this kind of cheap trick. Without Feng Zhexuan as CEO, Feng Group would not have reached its current status."
"If he is really removed from the position of CEO, Feng Group’s shares will definitely depreciate. Tell them I’m busy and I have no intention of joining their side," he added.
