Hearing this, Li Dafu, standing nearby, learned that his brother’s wife had gone to the Family Planning Department without knowing why. Although he didn’t know what she was doing there, at such a critical moment, why she ran off there instead of handling household registration matters perplexed him, but he politely apologized in front of the officers, "Officers, thank you for your hard work.
