Cain’s eyes narrowed instantly.
If not for his overwhelming speed and the innate domain surrounding him, that attack would have cleaved straight through his face—a strike that could have been fatal.
This body was monstrously powerful, surpassing his Primordial Body from the Nine Empyrean Suns Universe, and maybe even overtaking his Crimson World’s body. However, it lacked one crucial advantage: supernatural regeneration.
A direct hit to a vital organ was dangerous.
Very dangerous.
"How did his power rise so suddenly?" Cain wondered, his gaze locking onto the Aztorus King.
At once, he noticed something wrong.
Eonar’s eyes were foggy, unfocused, as if his consciousness were being suppressed. Cain’s attention shifted immediately to the weapon in his hand.
The Blade of the End of Times trembled violently.
Then, spikes erupted from the weapon’s surface, driving themselves deep into Eonar’s flesh.
The next instant, pulses of dark power surged outward from the sword, flooding into Eonar’s body. The energy flowed through his veins like liquid night, sealing wounds, reinforcing muscles, and even restoring his crippled left arm—the one that had been nearly destroyed by the metallic cubes’ blasts.
That arm reformed, now coated in dark plasma that crackled with destructive force, radiating power far greater than before.
