The Epic Tale of Chaos vs Order

Chapter 1892: Awe. Wonder. Reverence

A portal opened within the Everlife Continent, and through it marched figures of immense power. The Sky Sovereign, Alacuard, Pation, Karter, Lacer, and thousands of elite cultivators of the Scarlet Path had finally returned. Their footsteps echoed with power, their presences burning with divine might. The surge of life force, soul strength, and energy that radiated from them made it clear—they had advanced immensely in the past few months.

Their campaign across the Endlesslight Continent had been nothing short of brutal. That continent was infamous for housing numerous underworld organizations, home to millions of wicked and depraved cultivators. The Scarlet Path didn’t inherently oppose demonic paths—after all, they themselves practiced arts involving soul devouring, life force refinement, and power extraction from defeated foes. However, they held absolute disdain and zero tolerance for those who harmed the innocent or preyed on mortal populations.

For those cultivators—who slaughtered civilians, abused mortals, or inflicted cruelty without purpose—their only fate was to become fuel. Their bodies and souls were cast into the Scarlet Leviathans, refined into essence, and offered to the Scarlet Throne to strengthen the warriors of the Path.

And the bloodshed hadn’t been limited to just the underworld factions or rogue Divine Cultivators. Even Prima Deities from Lord-Tier organizations had been caught in the purge. Although Cain had issued a warning after his victory in the Endlessdeath Continent—that any Lord-Tier Prima Deities who encountered the Scarlet Path again would be given no mercy—many had gambled on having more time. They intended to extract as much wealth as possible before departing.

Their greed became their downfall.

They were hunted down like dogs, their bodies and souls torn asunder, and their essence fed into the Scarlet Throne. Yet, not every Prima Deity from those Lord-Tier factions met such a fate.

Seven other Prima Deities stepped through the portal behind the main force. One of them was Auramyth, the strongest Prima Deity of the Endlesslight Continent. His reputation was revered, and his battle style was known for its terrifying physical and spiritual prowess.

But Auramyth’s expression was one of utter defeat as he glanced at the Sky Sovereign. Though he had not been targeted for extermination, since his view of the world and actions were not incompatible with the Scarlet Path, not all of his comrades within the Luminark Enclave were as fortunate. Many of them were marked for extermination.

Auramyth had attempted to reason with the Prima Deities of the Scarlet Path, hoping for a diplomatic compromise. But he quickly realized the futility of that approach.

These warriors did not speak for themselves—they carried the will of the Scarlet King. There would be no negotiations. No mercy. And definitely, no compromise.
