Chapter 1871: The end of the Omega War (I)
Smiles slowly spread across the faces of the Prima Deities as they felt control return to their bodies. The seals that once suppressed their energy and locked their souls had shattered. Yet despite their regained freedom, not a single one dared to move.
Cain’s power was undeniable.
Even in his current state, weakened from battle, he remained overwhelmingly powerful. With four Prima Deities—Sky Sovereign, Alcuard, Pation, and Lancer—loyal to his command, he could wipe them out in a matter of minutes if he chose to. And more importantly, many of them, upon witnessing his might firsthand, were already considering the benefits of switching allegiances.
After all, none had followed Divine Calamity out of loyalty. He was merely a powerful shield, a dominant force who could keep them protected from rival Omega-tier influences. But now, the Scarlet King stood revealed—and he was undeniably stronger.
Siding with Cain wasn’t just safer.
It was the better option.
Cain stood in silence, his golden eyes sweeping over the gathered deities. His gaze pierced deep into their souls, revealing their intentions and emotions as clearly as if they had spoken them aloud.
Then, he turned to the groups from the Endlesslight and Shadowcradle Continents.
"You may return to your lands, or not. I don’t care," Cain said, his voice even but cold. "But you will not remain here."
Before either Nuvallir or Auramyth, the strongest Prima Deities from their respective continents, could respond, Cain’s voice rang out again—this time sharper, heavier with finality.
"The time for pledging alliances as equals is over. I will visit your homes soon. But there will be no negotiations. No treaties. No alliances."
His eyes glowed, and his next words were laced with a chilling resolve.
