Cain couldn’t help but show a complicated expression as he saw the way in which Lord Kabuto looked at him. The man’s offer was indeed amazing, and the titles of Sun Avatar and Foster Son of the Patriarch of the Solis Clan were statuses that anyone in the Deus Behemoth Empire would give their right arm to attain, but it was not so simple.
For one, after embracing Order, Cain could not easily develop an emotional attachment to a person, especially if he knew a goal was behind that relationship.
