Cain cleaned the blood from his mouth as he turned toward the Blood Duke. His eyes were cold, but he managed to get his emotions under control.

The Blood Duke could not help but sigh since he did not want this to happen, but he did not get too angry with Cain. He had an idea of what had just occurred and could not blame the young man for his enraged behavior.
