Chapter 1345
Allen Rivera brought her in front of two kind-looking elderly people and introduced Jane McCain to them.
They were speaking in dialect, which Jane couldn’t quite understand. She silently thought to herself: They must be Allen’s parents.
With silver hair and rosy complexion, the elderly looked healthy, maybe around seventy or eighty years old. That’s quite old... but if the family has many siblings, it seems normal for parents to be older.
After Allen introduced them, he introduced his family to Jane: "This is my grandpa and grandma."
Jane was startled.
So, they’re not his parents, but if they’re his grandparents... how young they look!
Allen then introduced his parents, a couple who seemed to be in their fifties or sixties, equally kind and amiable.
Then there were Allen’s uncle, aunt, another uncle, another aunt, eldest sister, Eldest Brother-in-Law, second brother, second brother’s wife, third brother, third brother’s wife, cousin, cousin’s wife, cousin’s sister, cousin’s sister’s husband, and all their children...
It was hard, Jane only remembered the first four.
She felt particularly anxious, as remembering faces was easy, but accurately matching them to identities was a big problem!
