Chapter 816: Crazy Tonight
Complete loss of control, complete chaos, nearly every street in the city erupted with rioters smashing shops, setting things alight, cursing loudly, and even bursting into raucous laughter. Sometimes, verbal and physical altercations occurred as they fought each other.

Worse news kept coming. The streets were too chaotic, many security personnel had been dispatched to cope with the situation, leaving fewer to be mobilized. From one street to another, manpower was simply not enough.
Several large fires in succession meant that nearly all the fire trucks were deployed, but even so, they couldn’t prevent the spread of the flames. Putting out fires here meant they were starting up elsewhere.
The number of injuries continued to rise. Every available ambulance in the city was deployed, bringing back batches of injured only to head out again for more.
Many who maintained the city’s security had also been injured, with numerous vehicles damaged. With other areas also in turmoil, resources were stretched thin. Facing this uncontrollable situation, their mentality was on the verge of collapsing.
There was no choice but to urgently request support from neighboring cities to help quell this storm.
