"I was forced into this situation, I wanted to return to the outside world too," Gu Fan explained. Seeing Lin Xi’s harsh gaze and suspicious tone he added, "What do you mean by ’Lisa provided you with a room and woman’? Who is this woman and what did you do with her?"

Gu Fan hastily explained, "I swear, I did nothing that would betray you. I merely used deception to gain Lisa’s trust."

Lin Xi frowned, critically observing Gu Fan’s expressions, trying to discern if he was lying.

Noticing Lin Xi’s confrontation with Gu Fan and his flustered status, the two women likely deduced their relationship and began to instigate, "You shouldn’t believe men’s lies, second elder sister. We heard the sound of a woman from the room those days, so how could he have not done anything?".
