Chapter 631: Conflict between both sides
"Are you OK, gorgeous? Does it hurt? Do you need me to help you up?" Gu Fan feigned concerned, his hand pressed against Lisa’s neck, his knee resting on her back, one of his hand bending her arm backward, pressing her to the floor.
"You’re such a jerk!" Lisa struggles fiercely, her strength too overpowering. With one hand supporting her on the floor, she forcefully breaks free.
Gu Fan couldn’t hold her down anymore, he was pushed off. It was a profound realization that in the face of absolute strength, all technique was futile.
Lisa swung a punch. Gu Fan hurriedly ducked and rolled on the floor, narrowly avoiding her attack. The lingering shock filled his heart; he did not want to take that hit.
No choice but to run. Gu Fan forces himself up, making a beeline for the door with the intent to escape, but he was almost out when his ankle was caught by Lisa who dragged him back.
"Thought you could run? You think you can escape?" Lisa was furious, the consequences severe.
Gu Fan ached all over, realizing he stood no chance against her. This woman was too powerful. But it was at this crucial moment; Gu Fan noticed through the cabin window a huge shadow looming in the distance.
Lisa had noticed it too, but she was more concerned with keeping the ship from charging out of the sea, preparing to hit the switch.
Gu Fan wasn’t having any of it. He lunged forward, wrapping his arms around Lisa’s legs, causing her to lose balance and fall to the floor once more.
