The man was eventually sent to the hospital for treatment while the woman was temporarily detained. The incident seemed to have come to a temporary halt, but Su Hui was unable to find peace.

Gu Ling mocked him while attending to his needs, "Brother, you really are hopeless. You lost to two women today. With Sister Lin Xi being so formidable, I doubt you can ever show your face in front of women again."

Upon hearing this, Gu Fan was instantly displeased. "You little twerp, is that how you talk to your own brother?"

Lu Yi also chimed in, "Who would have thought this woman would be so strong. We were outnumbering her yet none of us could beat her. Even Sister Su had a hard time, I nearly got bashed into a pulp."

"Exactly, never met anyone so formidable before, almost as powerful as the boss," Jie commented, rubbing his shoulders. The pain was intense and it was unbelievable how strong that woman had been.

This intrigued Gu Ling, "Who are you guys talking about when you say ’the boss’?"

"Ah, well...it’s..." They were unsure how to explain it to Gu Ling. Thankfully, Su Hui interrupted, "I have a feeling there’s more to this. Similar incidents have happened twice before, and this is the third time."
