Chapter 1363 - 1289: Bloody Game (Part 5)

The 1.82-meter-tall Ismail, along with the senator Steva’s son Kadar Stava, covered their heads as they walked along the road. Upon hearing a car behind them, they put their thumbs up.

However, after half a day had passed, no one was willing to stop and pick them up.

A day and night of walking in the wild had sapped much of their energy, leaving them looking particularly unkempt. The sweat from the sweltering weather had marinated them, and their ill-fitting clothes were both dirty and wrinkled.

"We need to find a place to rest." Kadar Stava finished the last bit of water from his bottle, threw it away, and said.

Ismail muttered, "I can still go on."

"We can’t wait until we’re too tired to move before resting. We won’t be able to kill anyone then," Kadar said, patting the gun at his waist. He then adjusted Ismail’s backpack before turning his gaze towards the village on the right.

They had brought two guns, but in order to build their courage and hone their skills, Kadar chose not to use a gun himself, opting instead to kill with a knife.

As it turned out, this greatly benefited them. After just one roadside murder, they were completely fearless. So much so that when they returned to their suburban villa to kill his father and that vile woman, Kadar could unleash all his accumulated resentment like a villain, and without any surprise, he managed to kill them both.

Kadar personally killed the stepmother he despised most, and Ismail helped him kill his father. Although Kadar felt a bit regretful, unsure if he should have personally shot his father, at that moment, it was the happiest, freest, most blissful time of Kadar’s life.

"Since we can’t hitch a ride, let’s go to that house," Kadar suddenly pointed to a three-story building outside the village. He continued, "Let’s go see if anyone’s there, preferably one or two people, kill them all, then we’ll sleep inside, eat something, and rest up before moving on."

"What if someone comes halfway?"

"Then we’ll bring them inside before killing them," Kadar replied nonchalantly. He had a casual mindset; the two guns and two knives, combined with their experience in killing, would allow them to handle a few more people if necessary.
