In the pitch-black night, Gray crept into a narrow alley, bent down, picked up a stone, and threw it, hitting the second-floor window.
A child sleepily pushed open the window.
"Ah!" He quickly covered his mouth and lowered his voice, "Boss! It’s you!"
"Yes, it’s me! I need you all!" Gray extended his hands.
"But mom said someone might be pretending to be you, and told me not to play with you."
Gray withdrew his hands, disappointed.
The child added, "However, if you promise to take me to the battlefield, I will believe it’s really you!"
"I promise you!"
The child cheered happily, then quickly suited up in armor and jumped down from the second-floor window.
Gray caught him.
The Black Cat whispered, "Are these your helpers?"
