Accompanied by the night, Lette left Harbor City alone.
He followed an unfamiliar path, heading towards a small fishing village called Hegro.
In the sky, the bright moon hung high. On days without thick fog, the night sky became exceptionally clear, with the stars adding a touch of vitality to the silent night.
The road became increasingly rugged, and the wild grass and shrubs on the roadside grew more abundant.
Lette walked all the way to the end of the road, beyond which lay a bay.
After the sea engulfed Hegro, the seawater remained here and never receded.
Lette was just about to step into the seawater when he suddenly stopped in his tracks.
