Chapter 8 In Debt Without Worry
Seeing that Lette easily suppressed Moslian, Emily felt much more at ease.
She suddenly realized that although this man usually acted frivolously and without discipline, he was incredibly trustworthy at critical moments.
"Judging by your strength, you're quite a notable figure in the Tower of Truth."
Lette gathered Holy Light in his hand, transforming it into a long spear: "Is your true name Moslian?"
"Hmph! My original name was the first gift my teacher gave me! But with the fall of the Tower of Truth, I've already sealed it away.
Only when I avenge my teacher and colleagues will I reclaim my former name.
For this, I'm willing to pay any price!"
The light in Moslian's eyes flickered fiercely, and the nails on his right hand suddenly grew rapidly, then he plunged them into his chest and tore out his heart.
This terrifying scene scared Count Laurence into a faint. Even his guards turned pale, feeling as if they were facing a formidable enemy.
"You think you're the only one who prepared a backup plan?"
Moslian raised his heart above his head with both hands, emitting a beast-like roar from his throat, sounding like some ancient language.
