The mysterious voice giggled softly now, shifting from mocking to something seductive.

Astrael narrowed his eyes. He clearly scanned the room, but it hadn’t come from a room. He turned slowly, lowering his gaze and stopped.
His eyes fell on the sword in his hand. It pulsed once. Just faintly.

He blinked, then leaned in, turning it sideways, He tilted the blade under the light, watching it gleam.
Nothing.
Then—
"What are you doing, pervert?" the voice said flatly. "Do you not have any shame? Staring at a girl like that. Gods, someone helps me—there’s a pervert in the room."
Astrael nearly dropped the sword.
