Noah blinked out of his near-trance as the notification flashed into his mind. “Wait, didn’t that have three days left on it? How long was I—?”
Greater Mana Mastery has reached level 31.
He looked around, saw Zax sitting with his back to the wall idly carving a mana crystal into the shape of a dragon. A small pile of dragon-shaped mana crystals sat around him in various poses. “Done?”
“Uh…” Noah glanced back at the crystal growth that filled half the cavern, then nodded sheepishly. “I think I’m good, thanks.”
Zax tossed aside the crystal he’d been working on. “Good. We’ve sent the others out hunting already. You’ll do fine on your own with this one. Especially with that new upgrade of yours.”
Noah nodded and fell in step behind him, checking on said upgrade as they walked.
Life Siphon (Legendary, Elite) - lvl 50
Reach into your enemies, draining their mana, life force, and strength to restore and enhance yourself. Drained attributes will be converted to an ongoing buff of equal strength, stolen mana will replenish your own, and life force is converted into healing. Your hunger is boundless and none shall escape, regardless of their strength. Once you have begun to drain an enemy, no distance can save them from you. Your triumph is inevitable.
