After dinner, everyone chatted for a while, and originally Yuan Jianing had planned to take Luo Qiao and some other friendly folks from the courtyard out for fun tomorrow.
However, Luo Qiao said, "I might not be able to make it tomorrow; I have an appointment with my grandpa and grandma to visit my big brother and second brother. I’ll join you when I get back."
Yuan Jianing said, "They’ve wanted to meet you for a long time. The way you handled yourself last time is well known throughout the courtyard. They’ve been asking when you’ll come back."
Luo Qiao laughed, "They don’t want to spar with me, do they?"
After thinking for a moment, Yuan Jianing said, "The girls probably don’t have the nerve, but some of those boys might."
After chatting about everything under the sun for a while, everyone went their separate ways to wash up and rest for the night.
Luo Qiao closed her door when she returned to her room, entered her space, finished her boxing and yoga routines, and had a bath before tidying herself up and going to the second-floor study. She had roughly read through half of the books there, with medical texts being what she had studied the most.
An acupoint picture was still laid out on the desk. Over the past few days, she had been reviewing these to avoid any mistakes during acupuncture sessions. Fortunately, her memory was excellent, bolstered by the memories of the original owner of her body, she had learned them all by heart.
