Luo Qiao, thinking that traveling wasn’t easy for anyone, shifted inside to make more room, allowing the young girl to sit comfortably. But as soon as the girl sat down, Luo Qiao’s face changed, and her first impulse was to stand up immediately.

Because, as she turned her head, she saw lice crawling on the young girl’s head, teeming and highly active, scuttling through her hair.

Luo Qiao packed up her belongings and then stood up, saying, "I’m going to step out for a moment. You can sit here."
